my iphone 4s software crashed and unfortunately my itunes back on my laptop also got formatted? Is there any way to recover the back up???

If you had your phone set up to backup to iCloud, you may have an iCloud backup.

iTunes does not get formatted.

Hard drives get formatted.

If the backups are no longer on the computer, use the backup of the computer to put the important data back.
