Hi, I purchased and paid for an app( Theory Test) before but I've been charged again. I don't know why?
I don't know why I've been charged for an app although I paid for that before.
iPhone 4, iOS 7.1
It's the same app (e.g. it hasn't changed developers), you haven't changed countries since buying it, you are using the same account that you originally bought the app with ? And how did you redownload the app ? If you redownloaded it via the Purchased tab in the App Store app on phone then you shouldn't have been charged - try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
