MacBook Pro with Mavericks 10.9.2 wifi running exceptionally slow, but only under one network

So for the past week my 13" macbook pro 2012 running the latest OS X 10.9.2 has been running slowly all around, but espescially with my work network wifi WPA2. Every other computer is having no trouble with the internet, 18 mbps per sec download, but my macbook can barely load gmail with the wifi.

Things i've tried

Namebench DNS optimizer

Running macbook under safemode (still slow)

Running internet with ethernet (works fine)

Using a full computer maintaince check (oynx)

Banging my head on the table (hurts)

Using wifi at home or other networks (no problems)

Things I'm suscipicous of

Sophos anti virus (installed a few weeks ago and tried to uninstall)

Heartblead

The fact my computer a month ago wouldn't boot so I had to completely wipe it and boot from a backup

I'm running out of ideas so I would really appreciate some advice.

I've heard the you don't need anti virus software on a mac line before, and I believed it, until I got an error from chrome a month ago saying that there is malware detected on a site I had been to many times before, my computer froze, and I couldn't get past the grey load up screen. I ended up having to reinstall mavericks and boot from a backup.

As for sophos anti virus, I intially tried the drag to the trash technique. I then tried to use the uninstaller app that came with it, but it didn't work fully due to me throwing it in the trash. I tried reinstalling it then uninstalling it, but the reinstall didn't work. So then I just deleted everything out of my library's folder with the word sophos in it.

I'm not sure what site you visited that could cause that. You must have downloaded something along the way. In any event, there's a little conflicting info in your first post. Is it running slow all around or just on the work network? You say it's running slow all around, then later on you say it's fine everywhere but work. You might want to post an etrecheck report on here so we can get an idea what you've got loaded.

Sorry for the confusion, but I'm a little confused myself. It seems like when I'm on the work network my internet AND everything else runs slowly, which doesn't make much sense to me. And anywhere else operations run fine. I've noticed opening itunes is an ordeal on the work network, and not at home. Here's my etre check

Hey Thanks Thomas,

I didn't notice those. The extensions showed up in the last 48 hours, and my work network is still slow but I'm sure removing it helped. Here's my new log running with the slow network

I don't see any other obvious red flags there, but you do have an awful lot of internet plug-ins. If there are any there that you can afford to get rid of, it would probably be a good idea to do so. Same thing with any of the other items mentioned in the sections before that... if any belong to software that you don't really use, get rid of them. Uninstall the software associated with each, making sure to do so properly:
