Hi I have the iphone 4s and I recently got a crack on the screen replaced but just yesterday I noticed these yellow lines appearing on the screen and where it says slide to unlock there is these yellow dots and it flashes, I tried rebooting it but it was still the same and I think it's getting worse can anyone help me please?

Take it back to whoever replaced the screen. Apple doesn't do that on the 4S. They replace the entire phone. Now that it's been opened by an unauthorized party, Apple won't touch it.
