Safari won't play video after the latest Adobe Flash upgrade on my iMac

I'm sure that it coincident with the most recent Adobe update. I get a message like "Plugin not found" inside what should be a video box.

I think I have the same Flash version installed on my MacBook, and that works fine. Only my iMac is affected.
