iTunes on my iphone isn't working. It is glitching out, crashing, not downloading music. I also signed edit and the sign in button is greyed out so I can't sign back in. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
Everything is also greyed out so I have no way to even try and sign in.

Thanks for the question. To troubleshoot this issue, let’s force quit the iTunes and/or App Store applications:

Afterwards, go ahead and power cycle your device:
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset
