Q: I have an Apple ID and password. I'm trying to reset my security questions, I don't see any emails with the reset info at the the alternate email address where it states the rest info is sent to. How can I reset my security questions?

I'm trying to rest my security questions. I changed the alternate email address on the account. When clicked on rest info; the site states that reset info was sent to the alternate email address, however there are no mails with this info either in the primary email account or the alternate email account. How can I reset my security questions? Please help.

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

     

     

    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
