The loading wheel you mentioned shows network activity on your iPhone. There are several reasons why it might appear:
Network activity: Shows that there’s network activity. Some third-party apps may also use it to show an active process.

If the wheel does not stop spinning, I recommend starting with these troubleshooting steps:
- Toggle airplane mode: Tap Settings, turn airplane mode on, wait three seconds, and then turn off again.
- Restart your iPhone.
- Make sure that your software is up to date:
- Check for a Carrier Settings Update: Tap Settings > General > About.
- Check for an iOS Software Update: Tap Settings > General > Software Update.
Note: Some updates may require a Wi-Fi connection.

Once they're closed, see if launching a certain app causes the wheel to spin again.
