April 16, 2014: Even though my browsers meet the ICloud requirements, it continues to freeze immediately upon opening. WTF?

I've been trying to troubleshoot this for days. I use ICloud.com to check my personal email at work on my PC desktop. I usually use Chrome and have tried IE, but ICloud continues to freeze within moments after opening yet. I've followed instructions to clear cache. I do not have plug-ins installed. Why is this so difficult? What an awful user experience.


Can anyone tell me if someone is working on this issue?
