My client has just started noticing that the embedded images are no longer showing up in her web-based Comcast e-mails. Just showing a place holder. Next to where it states that external images are not displayed, I can click on the display images below option and the pictures show up but I'm looking for an option to turn it on all the time for all e-mails. Thanks.

Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
She will have to re enter her Wi-Fi password
If that doesn't help, suggest she restart her router.
No data is lost due to a reset.
Thanks for the help but unfortunately, the reset did not fix it. I'm thinking that it might be Comcast that changed something. I can't be sure so I'm working the iPad angle first.
