Ipod Mini Stuck

Hi All

We have an iPod Mini here stuck in shuffle mode...

Tried the resetting stuff to no avail 🙂

Has anybody else had this problem? And may have an answer to this..

You've tried turning shuffle off?

Settings/shuffle/off.

If you have, and a reset doesn't work, you may have to restore it.

How to restore the iPod to factory settings.
