My iPhone 5S was working great but from 3days cant work on 4G&3G only EDGE (E).. I tried all simple solution rest network and restore the iPhone nothing change.. One of my friends suggest maybe the IC what i can do with my device .. And i live in SA and no apple shop over there should i send it to any apple shop because its under warranty..

Warranty service in KSA is provided by the authorized carriers there. If you purchased it through one of the authorized carriers, take it in to them for service.
It is only under warranty in the country in which it was purchased. It cannot be mailed there internationally, it must be taken there in person...

Then you'll have to get on a plane and take it back to Australia to have it serviced or send it to someone you know there to take it in. It can not be serviced outside the country of origin.
