Too slow on receiving mails

Hello

i set up 2 accounts on my mail app Gmail and hotmail

in Most times hotmail takes a time to receive mails (3~4 min) but gmail doesn't take the same time , gmail quick on receving mails (30sec ~ 1min)

if i logged from browser on hotmail it will be faster that mail app

any help ?
