Question about Time Machine (2009 iMac)

Question

I have a late 2009 iMac and i’m doing a SSD uprdade to it.

So it will have a 1TB SSD (OSX Drive) and a 2TB WD hard drive (Data - Audio/Video) installed internally.

My question is, can i use Time Machine to back up both drives installed or will i have to choose 1 over the other?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8), 27", 2.8ghz, i7
