Try VLC, it will probably play the movie. VideoLAN - Official page for VLC media player, the Open Source video framework!
iPhoto and iMovie both do that pretty easily. No need to buy anything, especially something that gets such bad reviews.

Well, you certainly made the developer of that crapware richer.
I bought an app called Photo Movie and the file that it produces are not working at all on my QuickTime. Any explanation?
