Mail Cursor jumps

When I type an E-Mail, my cursor jumps back in the middle of a line of text and can't be put back to the end of a line. this is extremely annoying and I would appreciate any help to get rid of this bug.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
