airplay express silent on one hi fi channel

Hi al, I have an airplay express, it's recently begun acting up - yesterdy the HiFi output stopped working, I reset it a couple of times without success so I switched it off completely and left it over night - today it's working but only on one hifi channel.

Any ideas?
