Itunes Synced all 290 apps i've ever downloaded on my phone but they are grated out

I synced my phone and every single app I have ever downloaded is on my phone, not the whole app is synced they are just grayed out. I can delete them individualy but it will take too long. I cant restore either becuase when I try to restore it but it keeps coming up with errors saying theres not enough space when there is. I just deleted all 200 or so apps and i tried to sync it and they all appeared again.

Please help
