I need to merge two Pages-Documents. Even that two Files containing just one page. At the moment its not possible to chose a thumbnail-preview and Copy&Paste it in the other file.

You can Copy/Paste the Thumbnails of the pages in Pages '09, if you have it, otherwise copy and paste the content.
It helps if your content is all inline, ie Part of the text.
