Battery Draining Too Fast on Magic Mouse : Is it 10.9.2 Bug, The Mouse Itself or the Eneloop Rechargeable?

Hi. The Eneloop rechargeable batteries lasts less than 2 days now (normal use, nothing heavy, like gaming), used 13 to 16 hourse per day. Does anyone know if 10.9.2 update has a battery drain issue with the Magic Mouse? Or is it the Eneloop (I have 3 pairs and they are 4 years old)? Or is it the Magic Mouse Itself.

Does the mouse pointer tracking speed drain the batteries significantly if it's put to the maximum tracking speed?

When I turn it over to face me, the LED is just ON all the time, only when I put it on a surface does the LED stop turning ON all the time:

10.9.2 bug = no

Rechargable batteries have a 1/2 life. Four years sounds like a long time for the batteries.

Maximum tracking speed a factor = no

The mouse goes into a very low power usage mode after a short time of non use.
