There are a few possible problems here. Either you have too many things running on the multi tasker so it is pushing your device too hard (there is a limit to everything). Or the app you are trying to run has some faulty coding so it keeps crashing when you get to a certain point

Contact the developer/go to their support site if only one app.
Restore from backup. See:

but sometimes it wont even let me on the app, it will look like its loading then shut down.
Did you follow the instructions in my last reply? Not opening is crashing
I agree with @akinus when it is crashing it could do that as soon as the app is opened just delete it or clear out the multi task and try again
