i cannot remember the answer to my security question and the rescue email is no longer in use or accessible. what do i do now

i have a lot of music that i bought while living in aonther country and on another computer. hen i try and play any of it i get a message asking for my old apple id id. it does not accept any of my attempts. i do not know the answer to the security question and the rescue email is no longer in use or accessible. how do i 'activate' my music on my new computer?
