I am trying connect my jam 2 speaker to my iPhone 5c it won't connect any ideas

Go to Setting then bluetooth and then under were you can turn bluetooth on and off, there should be a place where it says device. Your Device should come up and you should be able to tap it and connect to it. If you see your device there and it won't connect then tap the i with a circle around it and then hit forget this device. Wait a few minuets and then search for the device again then try to connect to it.

Do you have Bluetooth turned on?
