I try to up date the software of my wife computor, she has an OS X 10.4.11 on a I book G4. The problem I have is, I need to download I tune, but I tune is to advence for the computor, so doesn t work. I try also to download OS X maverick from my PC, but doesn t work too.

At the Apple Icon at top left>About this Mac, report the version of OSX from that window, then click on More Info, then click on Hardware> and report this upto but not including the Serial#...
