My iphone 4 microphone is not working when i receive incoming phone calls.

I can hear the other person fine but they don't hear me. Nevertheless i can record memos, send voice notes on whatsapp an record video with sound. Any ideas of what could be wrong?

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1
