Quit all open windows. In the top menu bar, you should see "Finder" beside the apple, and "Go" listed in the top menu. Select "Go", then hold down your "option" key on your keyboard. When you hold down the option key, you will see a "Library" appear right under "home" in the drop down. Select the "Library".
Now look for a file entitled "Preferences". Open this file, and locate another file listed as "com.apple.safari.plist" and drag it out to your trash.
Try launching Safari now.
i don´t have this file is that good ?
You should have that file. Try quitting all applications, then restarting the computer. Try it again, and ensure you are going into the correct Library file under the go drop down.
