Q: i have forgot my security answers,, NO reset email come to me !!

i have forgot my security answers, and when i ask them to send an email to reset the answers i don't receive anything!!

and when i try this with another email the reset email comes emidatly ! so what should I do, ans the have bloch my email because many wrong attempts.
