I did not upgrade my iPhone 5 to iOS 7 and one fine day when I was about to eceive a phone call, screen turned off and couldnt bring it back up.
I am trying to recover my iPhone5 since then and have been having trouble.
Today it gave me an option to recover but the process is not being completed.
Process bar shows completed but nothing happens after that. I just see an apple with a process bar.
What are my options now?
iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.6, Did not upgrade to iOS 7
