All of a sudden Aperture wont start. I click the icon on the dashboard and an error pops up. I tried several times. I uninstalled Aperture and installed again. No result.

That is a familiar error message.

You probably installed Final Cut.

The installation has replaced a dynamic library (PluginManager.framework) by an incompatible version, and the best option to restore this necessary framework will be to reinstall MacOs X. You can reinstall Mavericks on top of your current system, so you need not to reinstall anything else.
