Q: I use my card one time to put 11.00 dollars. So get an email  that I bought  3 games which one is $14.99 the other is $14.99 and $10.98 I would like my money back in my card an I only use my card when I put $11.00 dollars in it Help me plz

    Hello Cynthia,

     

    It sounds like you have some unauthorized purchases being billed to your Apple ID. You can report a problem with those charges to the iTunes Store support directly with this article:

    To report an issue with your iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store purchase, follow these steps:

    1. Find the email receipt for your purchase.
    2. Click Report a Problem under the app that is having the issue.
    3. When prompted, enter the Apple ID and password you used to purchase the item, then click Report a Problem.
    4. Click Report a Problem next to the item you are having an issue with.
    5. From the Choose Problem dropdown menu, choose the appropriate issue.
    6. Follow the onscreen instructions and—if prompted—type a description of the problem into the text field.
    7. Click Submit to have your issue reviewed.

     

    If you suspect someone has unauthorized access to your account for use in iTunes, you should change your Apple ID password with this article:
