When I run any video in Youtube the image flickers, a sintom similar to inverted fields in image. The image flickers and tremble.
This sintom happens only in Safari. When I use Google Chrome, it doesn't happen.
What kind of setting I have to do to correct this? Is it better to reinstall Safari? How do I do this reinstallation without re-installing the System?
I'm using OS X 10.6.8.
YouTube requires the Flash plug-in. Chrome has the Flash plug in built in... that's why it works...
So, for Safari, download and install Flash > Adobe - Install Adobe Flash Player
Then try a video.
Safari > Preferences > Privacy
Cookies and other weebsite data:
Press the “Details” button. A sheet will drop down.
Enter YouTube in the search box at the top right corner.
Highlight the entries and hit the “Remove” button at the bottom.
Try YouTube.
