how can reset my ipad
Hi, i need some help reseting my ipad, it has a lock on it. its telling me to us my apple id but i dont remember which one i used.....

I have a new IPad Air 2
I am locked out. It says IPad is disabled. I haven't gotten it to work since I purchased it 2 days ago.
I connected to ITunes and it won't reset it either.
What happens when you connected it to your computer's ?
