How do i change my ipad apple id to someone else ?

It sounds like you want to sign out of the iTunes Store or your iCloud account from your Apple ID to be able to sign into another. You do this in the Settings of the phone:
- Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores.
- Tap your Apple ID.
If you see the option to Sign In, you can change your Apple ID now.- Tap Sign Out.
- Enter your Apple ID and Password and tap Sign In.
Or if you don't have another Apple ID, tap Create New Apple ID.

And to sign out of iCloud:
On your iOS device’s Home screen, go to Settings > iCloud, then at the bottom of the screen, tap Delete Account.
