MacBook Pro Battery draining quickly
I just had the entire display (top half) of my macbook pro retina replaced. Now the battery seems to be draining much more quickly than it did before.
Is there a setting that may have been changed that is causing a a quicker drain than before.
Before the change (a week ago) the battery lasted at least double the time. Now, I left it on sleep after fully charging and the next time I went back to it, about 8 hours later- it was down to 2%. I was completely confused since I left it at 99%. I can't understand what is draining the battery. Is there something running in the background that I'm not aware of?
It still has 94 of 120 GB available. I've adjusted the energy saver settings. It doesn't seem to help, and I don't know what else to try.
Anyone have any ideas?
