Q: Facetime connecting then ending abruptly

i have an iphone 4 on ios 6 . When i try to facetime its connecting and ending call immediatly, and vice versa when friends calling me , is this an issue with apple , seems to be alot of folk with same problem , and is it likely to be fixed ?

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.3

    There seems to be a problem at Apple's end of the line. As you can tell there are already a large number p ousts about FaceTime problems. Here's a link to Apple's system status. It might not do any good though as it doesn't indicate any problems. But as we know, there are. In any case the problem isn't in your iOS device.

    This is getting beyond a joke now, facetime still not working !!! That has been a whole week now and i am certainly not updating to ios 7 , i know people who have done it and still not working, does anyone know what is getting done about this ?
