I have two macs. One running Osx Mavericks and the other running 10.8. After upgrading my iphone to ios 7.1, my home sharing doesn't work anymore. I've noticed in the forum that Windows users have found a workaround, but couldn't find a solution for Apple users. Does anyone else have this issue and know how to fix it?

I, also, upgraded to Maverick and now I can't stream all my photos. The ATV freezes when trying to show my photos! There are quite a few of us but Apple won't recognize that there is a problem.

I've tried all of these steps to no avail. I'm sure the problem is related to the iOS 7.1 update because neither of my iPhones connect to my main macs library but my MacBook and Mac desktop can share each other's libraries with each other. The problem only comes up when I try to use my 4s or iphone 5 to access my Mac library. Neither of these phones had any issue until we updated to iOS 7.1. Do you have any other suggestions?
I updated to iOS 7.1.1 and home sharing started to work again.
