Will a restored backup of iTunes mess up my iOS devices that sync to it.

My MacBook pro is acting funny and i would like to restore it.

I use iTunes on this MacBook to syncronize music, ripped from CDs, whith my iPhone and iPad. If I were to backup iTunes, then factory restore my MacBook, then restore the iTunes backup, will my iOS devices syncronize again without issue, or will my iOS devices see this is a new iTunes library and make me erase and re-sync the data on my iOS devices?
