Itunes Home Sharing issue

I am trying to use Home sharing from my ipad and windows 7 machine. I have just upgraded to bt infinity 2 and have the home hub 5. Since thenI can not use Home sharing. I need help as the family is not happy. It did work with the home hub 3. All I keep getting is unable to connect to home sharing. All is setup correctly as stated by apple.
