Do you know of a software on the internet, where I can upload my camera SD card's photos internationally, and later download on my Mac?

Question 1:

Do you know of a software on the internet, where I can upload my camera SD card's photos internationally, and later download on my Mac?

Question 2:

Can I download my SD camera card in any computer (eg a hotel computer or a Wallmart computer photo store) whe it gets full of photos, and then save them all on a USB stick that I will carry around with me while I travel in Europe? My SD card holds only 4GB.

MacBook, iOS 7.1

How about multiple cards - I carry 4 32 GB SD cards that lets me cary over 8000 photos on SD and means that I do not have to erase my SD cars for over a year giving me yet another backup

a best practice to is to never have any computer program (including iPhoto) delete the photos from the card but to import the photos and keep them and then after at least one successful backup cycle has completed and then reformat the card -- I use three very large (32 GB) cards in rotation so I do not reformat for typically a year or more giving me one more long term backup of my photos
