Itunes won't recognize my new url feed

Hey guys. So I had to move my xml file and all m4a files to a new folder on a server. When I use the <itunes:new-feed-url> and upload that xml file to the server I still haven't seen my podcast being updated with new episodes. It seems like it should be a simple fix but why am I having trouble? Any help would be amazing.
