You could potentially log into the account and redownload it (assuming that the music is still in your country's store), but redownloading an account's past purchases may tie your phone (or computer if redownloading on that) to the account for 90 days : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627 - so you won't be able to use iTunes Match, automatic downloads or redownload on another account until the 90 days have completed
