Apr 18, 2014 8:06 PM in response to jw1964by ChrisJ4203,You cannot retrieve the restrictions passcode. If you have forgotten it, then you can only restore the phone as new. The passcode is in the backup so restoring from a backup will only put it back.

will I lose everything?
Yes, it will wipe the phone. And, you cannot use the backup because it contains the restrictions passcode. You will have to sync your content back individually. Before you restore, make sure your content is synced to supported applications on the computer, or in the cloud; such as contacts, calendar, etc.
