Apr 19, 2014 12:50 AM in response to Alex Teohby Ethmoid,That means that the phone is locked to another carrier, so if you want to use this phone, then you'll need to either have the current carrier unlock the phone, or use a sim card for that carrier instead - easiier to get a sim card for the current carrier.
