I need to reset my account security questions without having to call Apple!!!!!!!!!

I've been endeavouring to change my account security questions for virtually a Year now and no Apple support workers were able to help me, I'm getting fed up!!!!! It's extremely exaperating!!! I need to change my account security questions as I am unable to purchase anything from the Applestore. I have a iPhone, iPad and iPod and they are practically useless due to the ineptitude of the Apple workers.

I do not have a phone to call apple as yet. I need immediate assistance, otherwise the first thing I will do when I get my phone is to called an attorney to litigate against apple. No one single Apple worker I contacted via email provided me with a procedure for resolving my issue. These apple workers aren't machines. Aren't they?

You're going to have to call Apple because you aren't going to be able to change them yourself. Call the Apple account security team: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699. If they can't help you, no one can.

I don't want to contact them by phone. I just want a procedure for changing my security question, inasmuch as I can finally purchase something

The only email option is to contact iTunes store support: https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html.
