How do I accesssaved information?

I saved my iPhone data to iCloud and my computer. I had to sell my iPhone, and I got an Android yesterday 😢 How can I access the saved information from my iPhone? I tried Icloud.com, nothing seemed to work , and it didn't have my pictures. I have a PC.
