Facetime tells me I have the wrong credentials when I've tried everything

I have litteraly tried everything from restarting my computer to updating it to making a new email and password and like three apple id's but my facetime keeps saying it has the wrong credentials and even if i make a new account it still says the same thing. Help me!!!
