Is it possible to use icloud mail on a pc? The apple sites for the download seem to not work

I have been trying to switch over to iCould mail but, I use a mix of apple devices and PCs -- there doesn't seem to be a way to download the interface on a PC. I have tried a coupld different ways but none of the downloads seem to be up and running.
