Q: cannot find previously purchased audiobook in my purchased section

On 6/25/13 I purchased an Audiobook (Mindset - The New Psychology of Success by Carol Dweck), it shows in my account receipts but not on my itunes... Not even on my purchased section :-/

Can Someone Please Help Me To Find It???

I have definately reset my computer / itunes since the time of the original download but would like to re-download it as I would like to listen to it again. When I pulled it up in the iTunes store it was asking me to purchase it... Where it used to show that I have previously downloaded it / paid for it :-/

Any Help Is Greatly Appreciated,

Audiobooks are a one-time only download from the store, so they won't show in the Purchaed links for redownloading. By 'definitely reset my computer' do you mean that you've updated or reinstalled the OS on it ? Byr default your iTunes library is stored under :

    Mac OS X: /Users/username/Music

    Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music\

    Windows Vista: \Users\username\Music\iTunes

    Windows 7 and Windows 8: \Users\username\My Music\iTunes

    Have you checked there ?

If you no longer have it on your iPhone nor on your computer then do you not have a copy of it on your backup of your downloads/library that you should be keeping ? If not then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a redownload : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
