My phone jammed while opening an app, the screen went black, and now wont turn on. I've tried forcing a restore with no luck, what do I do now?

My phone has been fine, then yesterday I tried to open an app, a phone call came through at the same time, and the screen went blank and now is unresponsive. I have tried holding the lock and home button, I have tried holding the home button while connecting to my laptop but sadly to no avail. What do I do now?
