Q: How do I REMOVE an NONEXISTING iCloud account from my iPhone?

A couple of years ago I got my first iPhone, installed iCloud and created an AppleID with the following e-mail alexander.b@telia.com

Since then a lot has changed including my internet service provider, I now have a NEW AppleID on alexander.berggren@tele2.se

the iPhone however still insists on alexander.b@telia.com WHICH NO LONGER EXISTS and there is no password for it.
My FaceTime is happy logging in with the new account details BUT iCloud just refuses to accept anything but the OLD AppleID

I can not change the AppleID because its grayed out.
I can not delete the iClod Account and settings from the iPhone because it will ask me for the OLD password to disable the Find MyiPhone function (which i have already erased from iclaud.com....).

It is pretty annoying to get all the message about iClod being unable to log in, especially since I don't even want to use iCloud any more.

Just want to get RID OF this junk so I can use my phone for what it is intended to call and receive calls.lu

Hope that someone has a solution.

I have tried a number of suggestions from the web, like login on FaceTime and then try to delete the iCloud Account but NO GO. It just asks me for a password to an account that no longer exists.

I would say it is a very bad solution, at least the DELETE Account on the Phone should work without any prompts!
